hi everyone,

i want to shortly introduce myself to the turkish osm community. i'm a
german living in istanbul (for a while) and trying to improve the map...
i also think that the wiki pages about turkey as well as turkish
translations are something that has to be worked on. unfortunately, my
turkish is not so good...
